Mainbord, core size 3030+4343 aluminum, water tank PA66.

2. How do you ensure the quality?
We have a full quality control sytem through approx 20 years experience.
a. material inspection before entering the factory.
b. assemblling test before entering into the welding process.
c. finishing water inspection, and air pressure test before delivery 100% full inspection.
d. tracking number: every radiator has exculsive traking number to track and confirm production time and worker and find out the possible reason casued by quality issue.
 
3. Did your readiator have water-leakage conditions?
Almost not. Heyuan is the first in China to find out the water leakage reason and improve the mould and technique.  We also provide final solution to avoid the common issue in car radiator industry. In addition, the full quality control system also ensure our high quality.
